After 30 years of development and restructuring, the Group has evolved into a large joint-stock enterprise group structured in line with modern enterprise standards and managed under the modern enterprise system. It consists of branch companies, subsidiaries, a Hydraulic Technology Research Institute and a Hydraulic Technology Development Center. As a key enterprise under Beijing Jingcheng Machinery & Electric Holding Co., Ltd., it is among the Top 500 Enterprises in China's Machinery Industry, a core backbone enterprise in China's hydraulic industry, and the largest domestic production base for hydraulic components and complete hydraulic equipment. It also serves as the Vice-Chairman Unit of the China Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Seals Industry Association.

Following the technology introduction during the Sixth Five-Year Plan period and 30 years of independent development, the Group has now grown into a state-owned professional manufacturer of basic hydraulic components with a portfolio of products holding independent intellectual property rights. It focuses on four pillar product lines: hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps/motors, complete hydraulic equipment and hydraulic castings, supplemented by seals and other related products. All branch companies of HuaDe Hydraulics have obtained the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification. Among them, the Hydraulic Valve Branch, Hydraulic Pump Branch and Complete Hydraulic Equipment Branch have also passed the ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. Its hydraulic valves and hydraulic pumps/motors have been certified by China Machinery Integrity Product Quality Certification. Hydraulic valve products have additionally obtained the CE Certification from TÜV Rheinland Group, CCS Certification from China Classification Society, FM Certification from Factory Mutual Insurance Company of the US and Energy-Saving Product Certification, which fundamentally ensures product quality. The "HuaDe" brand was awarded the title of Beijing Famous Brand Product in 2004 and 2006.

Through continuous technological transformation and process reengineering, HuaDe Hydraulics has built a comprehensive set of advanced production processes and high-precision manufacturing equipment. The company has achieved an average annual growth of 30% in sales revenue and a substantial increase in foreign exchange earnings from exports. Its products are exported to the United States, Japan, Turkey and other countries and regions across Europe and Asia, making the HuaDe brand a well-known name for China's hydraulic components both at home and abroad.

While absorbing and innovating on imported product technologies, the company develops nearly 100 new products each year, effectively filling multiple domestic technological gaps. Product projects developed with independent intellectual property rights have been filed for national patents. The National Tenth Five-Year Plan Science and Technology Key Project – Project on Upgrading the Technology of Electro-Hydraulic Proportional Integrated Systems for Machinery – passed the acceptance inspection by the expert group organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China with high marks, with its core performance indicators reaching the level of international peer products. The joint research and development of water hydraulic pumps with Zhejiang University was successfully completed. Each year, a large number of the company’s new products win the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award and the Annual Excellent New Product Award of China's Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Seals Industry.

The smooth implementation of the Tenth Five-Year Plan strategic layout and the early achievement of all key performance indicators have laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of HuaDe Hydraulics and for building a high-level hydraulic industry base in China. The company’s economic aggregate has doubled, the scale and quality of its leading products rank among the forefront of the industry, the internal resource allocation has been optimized, and its core competitiveness has been significantly enhanced, propelling HuaDe Hydraulics to a new stage of development.
